[ InTouch / 인터치 ] TN10463 Cannot connect to the IDE because ASB Configuration Service Fails to Start

 

The following messages are reported in the Archestra Logger and Archestra Service Bus Portal (Figures 1 and 2 below).
Warning - WcfEndpointHost AddressAlreadyInUseException opening service ConfigurationService: 'The TransportManager failed to
listen on the supplied URI using the NetTcpPortSharing service: the service failed to listen.'
Error - Failed to start service ConfigurationService. This is likely due to a configuration problem.
ArchestrA Service Bus Portal Reports Core Services running and connecting to Discovery Service has issues.
