PROBLEM

If the computer has a pre-existing version of some NET Framework version 6.x components that are newer than the .NET version 6.0.5 redistributables from the System Platform installation media, the installer skips installing some required .NET prerequisite components due to the "newer" version already installed. This prevents the rest of the installation from completing successfully.
