[Intouch] Asb.Configuration service does not start
Problem / 문제점
Some customer reported the issue that they cannot connect to the IDE due to a problem that prevents the Asb.Configuration service to start. It is so far reported only for WSP 2017 U3 SP1 running on Windows 10 (1903) but hasn't been confirmed that only relates to this combination.
Symptoms / 증상
Logger reports periodically that Configuration Service is failed to start.
