ITXSetSystemTime

Usage : ITXSetSystemTime(Hour, Minute, Second);

Example : ITXSetSystemTime(12, 15, 00);
 
This function will set the current system time to the specified hour/minute/second values.  Note that hours must be specified in military time (0-23).  Use this function carefully, as it takes effect immediately!
